Normal Rate - RM50

All participants must submit their entries and payment through EITHER ONE method below:

a) Hand in the entry form and cash paying method will be accepted at Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre (Business Office, Counter 11).

b) Email your entry form to swngow@orientalmedical.com.my together with the copy of bank in slip. Online payment is payable to Melaka Straits Medical Centre Sdn Bhd, A/C No. 2040-63000-18498 (RHB Bank).
