(ii)This competition is conducted under the rules of the Malaysian Athletic Federation (MAF) and also a set of competition rules. This is open to all MALAYSIANS and Foreigners with PR Status.

11) T-SHIRTS
      (i) All registered runners will be issued with a T-shirts.

            Entries together with fees attached MO, PO, Cheque (crossed) and    
            payable to FEDERAL TERRITORY AMATEUR ATHLETIC   
            ASSOCIATION are to be forwarded to Competition Committee
             Chairman of Cross Country 2015 at C/O:- FTKLAA Office, 2nd Floor,
            Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat, 50150 Kuala Lumpur.   

13) ONLINE REGISTRATION- www.myraceonline.com      
            Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will   
             become invalid registration. Therefore please ensure to pay online when  
            you register online.
            Note:
            a) No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.
            b) Substitution and changing of categories is NOT allowed. Therefore   
                 please ensure to select the category that you are eligible to participate  
                in, correctly. Otherwise you will have to re-register.
            c) Entries close on 1st April or first 3000 participants
                                             

14) MEDALS AND FINISHER MEDALS:-
       All finishers will get Finisher Medals at the finish line.         
     
15) CERTIFICATES
       (i) Category A-G & E will also receive the E-certificate within 30 days   
          from the event day.
      (ii) Category H and J runners will receive a participation certificate upon    
          completing their race at the finishing line.

       For categories (A-G) a race kit consists of runners-T, a number bib (with 
      timing chips) and safety pins.
      Strictly no collection on event day
      Please take note that upon closure of the distribution hall on Saturday,                  
       16th January 2016, all the uncollected race kids will be deemed as unwanted  
       and therefore become the property of the organizer. The organizer reserves
      the right to dispose or redistribute the race kits in any manner deemed
      appropriate.

18) Timing System for Category A -J
       Please ensure you receive a timing device attached to your number bib with   
      your race kit and verify the details at the timing system booth.

19) Prize Giving
      (i) All prize winners must produce their identify card or passport for   age
      verification.
       (ii) If you are foreigners then you must produce work permit together with   
       your passport.
        (iii) Winners must ensure to collect their cash awards after the race and     
        upon announcement of results.
        (iv) All uncollected cash awards will be forfeited.
        (v) The first five winners in each category will receive their position prize in    
        kind medals and mock cheques during prize giving ceremony.
        (vi) Only 1st to 5th prize winners will be announced on the race day. 

20) ROUTE
    The route takes you along some Jungle Paths, slopes as well as roads.
     (As a guide the route is attached).

21) REFRESHMENT STATIONS
      Refreshment and sponging stations will be made available on route and   
      finish.

22) Winners Age Verification
       All cash prize winners must present your identity card (Malaysian) or  
       passport (Foreigners) for age verifications at the Technical Secretariat
       Centre. 

23) End of Competition
      The Run 10km will be officially over after 1 hour 30 minutes from start time.

24) The organizers reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of
       participants), motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the
       event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose
      including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.

25) Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure
       the participants safety, participants run at their own risk and the organizers
       will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising
       from training for or during participation in the race. Participants are strongly
      encouraged to go for a medical examination and or consult their medical
      practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

26) The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in
      the even of heavy rain  or thunderstorm or extreme weather condition.
       Should the heavy rain, thunderstorm or extreme weather condition persist
       after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any
       refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or catastrophic or natural
       disaster resulting in postponement or cancellation of the above event, the
       organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatever in any form
      made by any individual or parties concerned.

27) The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant deemed physically
       incapable of continuing with the race to prevent him/her from causing greater
      harm and injury to him/her.

28) WINNER'S TAG
      Winners tags are only an indication that you are a potential winner but
      subject to changes after results certification.
29) CAR PARK (PARKING)
a) Back Bank Rakyat – limited
b) Lake Club Children Playground “Tapak C”.   (Taman Botani, Tasik
     Perdana, Kuala Lumpur).
     c) No parking in the competition Areas (Start / Finish).


28) LUCKY DRAWS
      Lucky Draws are to be conducted after the Awards Ceremony.
