ELIGIBILITY

The SHAPE Night Run 2015 shall be conducted under the rules of MAF and also a set of competition rules. This competition is open to all Malaysians, Singaporeans and foreigners with Malaysian Permanent Residence status and expatriates with a Malaysian work permit(also his/her immediate family members), aged 18 and over as of 31^stDecember 2015.

A team must consist of 2 male and 2 female runners in order to participate in the team category.
The team with the fastest accumulated time will be the winner.
(All 4 runners finishing timing will be added up to get the accumulated time.)

RESULTS

The results of the individual and team categories ( A – F) will be verified by FTKLAA and their decision is final.

The results for the team category will be tabulated based on the fastest overall timing (all 4 runners timing will added up) of the runners of a particular team.

PRIZE WINNERS

All prize winners must produce their identity card or passport for age verification.
If you are foreigner then you must produce work permit together with your passport.
Winners must ensure to collect their cash awards after the race and upon announcement of results. All uncollected cash awards & prizes will be forfeited.

FINISHER MEDAL
Finisher Medals will be distributed at the finish line on the event day.
No claims will be entertained thereafter

GOODIE BAG

Goodie Bags will be distributed to all participants from 8.30pm onwards at the event venue on the event day.
No claims will be entertained thereafter

CERTIFICATE

E-Certificate will be made available after 7 days from the event day for participants of the competitive categories (A – F) to download.
As for the Fun Run, Certificates will be distributed at the finish line to all fun run category participants.
No claims will be entertained thereafter

REGISTRATION

Registration is via online ONLY.

Online Registration is at www.hooha.asia.
Note:

i. Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will become invalid registration. Therefore please ensure to pay online when you register online.

ii. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.

iii. Substitution and changing of categories is NOT allowed, so please select the category you’re eligible to sign up according to the age qualification. Otherwise you will have to re-register.

iv. Postal entries are not accepted.

v. The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.

TEAM REGISTRATION

a)      For team registration, contact person or captain of the team kindly contact hooha.asia call center by icare@hooha.asia or call 03-5637 3821 to inform the team’s interest.
b)      Icare will inform the captain to deposit RM240.00 into hooha.asia's bank account and then to scan and email icare the deposit slip completed with the following details:
- Team captain’s name
- Mobile phone number
- E-mail
c)       Once the scanned deposit is received, a code will be generated and send to the captain via e-mail by icare. In the email, the fact that the team must consist of 2 males and 2 females will be stated.
d)      Captain should then share the code with the remaining 3 members to access hooha.asia and complete details as per normal registration.
e)      Once the complete registration is done, captain is required to inform icare via e-mail.
f)       An automated confirmation e-mail will then be send to each of the team member.

RM50* for the Non-Competitive Category; max 1,800 participants

-          Fun Run 5km (18 years & above)

RM60* for Competitive Categories; max 4,000 places (using chip-timing system)

-          Men’s Open 12km (18 years & above)

-          Women’s Open 12km (18 years & above)

-          Men’s Junior Veteran 12km (40 years – 49 years)

-          Men’s Senior Veteran 12km (50 years & above)

-          Women’s Veteran 12km (40 years & above)

RACE-KIT

Race kit consists of Skechers Running Vest, a number bib attached with timing chip, safety pins and race guide (if any).

RACE-KIT COLLECTION

Date : 4^th & 5^thApril, 2015
Time : 9.00am – 6.00pm

Note:

i. All the race kits without any special arrangement with the organizer and not collected during the stipulated collection date, will be deemed as unwanted and the Organizers shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.

ii. Any late collection of race kit(s) without prior agreement/arrangement with the organizer will be charged RM 10.00 per race kit as the late collection fee. So, please ensure to collect the race kit on the stipulated collection days.

iii. There will be NO distribution of kits on race day.

iv. For collection of 10 race kits and above, please email your bulk collection name list (full name and IC number of each participant) to icare@hooha.asia latest by Monday, 30^thMarch 2015. Please ensure to submit the authorization letter for each participant listed in the bulk collection name list at the bulk collection counter on the race kit collection day.

v. Foreigners and outstation runners (outside Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor) who require special arrangement for race kit collection, please drop us as an email at icare@hooha.asia latest by Monday, 30^thMarch 2015.
