HSBC Charity Walk 2014

4.     Venue: Dataran Petaling Jaya (Padang Timur) - next to Taman Jaya LRT station

5.     Distance: 5 km

6.     Registration fees:    

• 18 years and above  RM20 (+RM3 for online registration)  
• 7 – 17 years              RM10 (+RM3 for online registration)  
• 6 years and under     Free - No registration required

7.     Participants will receive a free limited edition of “Charity Partner 2014” t-shirt to be worn during the walk. T-shirt collection is to be done on the day of the Event at the venue.

• Note: Please ensure that t-shirt is collected latest by 7.30 am and any request after 7.30 am will NOT be entertained.

9.     Online registration can be conducted at www.hooha.asia

10.   Free admission for children below 6 years of age and must be accompanied by a registered adult participant (parent/guardian) but they will not be entitled to a t-shirt, certificate of participation and giveaways, if any.

11.   Payments

• For walk- in registrations, payments must be in the form of cash to be deposited into the HSBC Charity Partner Savings Account: 201-764727-025 (Tang Jeng Guan/Wong Chow Wah, or

Cash or cheque payable to:

TWENTY FIRST CENTURY SPORTS (M) SDN BHD. (For FTAAA only).

• Please ensure that you are provided a receipt for your registration which will be used to redeem your T-shirt.
• Any online registration that is not accompanied with online payment will be invalid. Please be sure that payment is done when you register online and print your event confirmation email for t-shirt collection.
  • Incomplete and late (after 5.00 pm, 14 November 2014) entries will be declined.
  • No refund will be made for erroneous or multiple registrations.
  • Substitution is not allowed.
  • Postal entries are NOT accepted.The decision of the Organiser is final.

13.   Certificates
