Venue: Institute of Leadership and Development Uitm, Bandar Enstek, Labu
Distance: 9.6km
Relay Format: 3 x 3.2km ( 3 runners in a team). Each runner to complete 2 laps of 1.6km per lap
Category:
- Student Category : Total age of the 3 runners are 60 years and below.
- Open Category : Total age of the 3 runners are between 61 and 120 years.
- Veteran Category : Total age of the 3 runners are above 120 years.
Entry Fees: RM90 per team

Prizes:
The first three teams from each category to complete the Run will be awarded the first, second and third place medals. The first team from the Student, Open and Veteran Category will receive the Championship Trophy.
Everyone else who finishes the Run will receive a medal for their valiant efforts.
