1.  Warming up session 6:30 am – 6:44 am

2.  Skaters flag off at 6:45 am

3.  Runners flag off at 7:00 am

4.  9.00 am is cut off time. Sweeper vehicles shall fetch participants still in route

5.  9.30 am prize giving ceremony
