Delete2015 held at Bintulu, many runners are kena tipu, 2nd time held at Miri, even worse. The medal with so lousy and the quality of running vest is so lousy.
ReplyDeleteThe organizer is totally no experience to organize running event and until last minute, the flag off time can't be confirm. Water station no water and Kenyans run until dehydrated. So pity...
The 1Okm run start 6am? Please retime the flag off to allow Muslim participants to perfom Subuh prayer. To all organizers, please consider this suggestion, many would be happy to join if the flag off time change to 6.30 or 6.45 am, especially for 5/10km categories.
