Go For It! FTKLAA Cross Country 2^nd Phase 2016

Objective

i) This event is being conducted for Students from Form One to Form Five as many students missed out the run Go For It! Cross Country held on 17/1/2016 at Padang Merbok, Jalan Parlimen, Kuala Lumpur, as it was held very near the opening of the first term schools for the new year 2016.

ii) There shall be ten categories. Five for Boys and another five for Girls.

iii) Entries will have to be certified by the respective schools confirming their forms.

1) DATE : 17^TH APRIL 2016 (SUNDAY)

2) VENUE : START & FINISH – TAPAK “C” TAMAN BOTANI, TASIK PERDANA,

KUALA LUMPUR. (Opposite Boat House)

3) TIME : First Start at 7.30am and Last Start at 10.20am.

4) DISTANCE : 7KM & 5KM

5) Entry Fee / Closing Date :
a) RM 20-00 for Walk In Registration-FTKLAA Office, 2^nd Floor Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat,

b) On-line Registration -www.myraceonline.com.my(Another RM 5-00 per entry for service charge)

c) Entries will close on 7/4/2016

6) Entries Limitation : Only the first 1,000 entries will be accepted.

7) The format of running

7.1 Please be in the know it is being conducted on a stagged Start. That is to say we will finish form five- first before we start the next form.

7.2 Reporting time is 45 minutes before the Start of each form.

7.3 Entry Forms without forms certification will not be accepted.

8) Running T-Shirts and Finisher Medals

8.1 Dry Fit T-Shirt from the Go-For-It! FTKLAA Cross Country will be issued. Please note sizes will depend on availability.

8.2 First - 50 of each category will be issued with finisher medals also from the Go-For-It! FTKLAA Cross Country 2016.

8.3 It is a circuit run with a distance of 2.3km per circuit

8.4 The qualifying time for the 6.9km is 45 minutes and for the 4.6km it is 35 minutes and failure to finish within the qualifying times runners will be requested not to continue.

8.5 On each lap or circuit you will be given a ribbon to indicate that you have gone thro. the laps.

8.6 Bibs collection dates : 15^th and 16^th April 2016 (Friday and Saturday)

Place : FTKLAA Office, 2^nd Floor Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat, 50150 Kuala Lumpur.

Time : 10.00am – 6.00pm
