CHARITY CARNIVAL 5KM RUN

Venue : Dataran 3TWO Square, Petaling Jaya
Registration Fees : RM 50.00
Distance: 5km
Register now for a chance to win attractive lucky draw prizes, receive a
certification of completion, goody bags and a T-Shirt when you
participate.
Finish in the Top 10 of your respective category and you will receive a medal as well.
1) The closing date for the event will be on 13th December 2015.
2) Date of Kits Collection:Starting on the 17th of December till 19th December 2015, Time : 10:00 am to 8:00pm,.
Location is at 3 TWO Square PJ behind Brooks sport shop.
You are entitled for a goody bag worth more than RM 100 of gift vouchers and items,a runner's t-shirt,a chance for the lucky draw with attractive prizes and a certificate of completion for each participant.
A part of the registration fees will be donated to Charity.
There will be 3 organizations i) Eldercare Nursing Home PJ, ii)Siddharthan Care Centre iii)10 children with Cancer from PPUM cancer unit.
As soon as the race
is over, you can collect your certificate of completion from our
registration booth if you are not in the Top 5 that will be receiving
their medals and certificate during the prize giving ceremony at the
event.
