ABOUT THE RUN -

The main goal of this event, Charity Run, is to help the schools in rural areas that are in need of enhancement of their facilities and environment. For Charity Run 2015, Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Buri has been choosen as they lack proper basics as well as other complement facilities. More information regarding the school can be seen in 'the beneficiary' section. We hope that the fund generated from this event will be able to promote the amelioration of learning and teaching experiences for the school.

The fund that was mentioned is expected to be raised from generous contribution as well as the registration fee for the event. Charity Run 2015 is open for all, and we are expecting participation from people across Malaysia with all possible backgrounds.

The theme for Charity Run 2015 will be 'Warrior Run: Prove that You're the One' as we want the participants for the Charity Run to have fun whilst helping those in need. The distance for this run are 6.8km (aged 16 and above) and 4.5km (aged 15 and below) with Curtin Recreational Hall as the starting point as well as the ending point. This event will be facilitated by traffic police and First Aid Team to make provision for any possible emergency cases concerning the safety of the participants.
