General

1.1 Kiara Trail Run 2015 (KTR2015) is open to all Malaysians. Non-Malaysians are allowed as long as they have a valid documents or Visa.

1.2 The organizer reserves the right to limit and/or refuse race entries for safety reason.

1.3 The organizer reserves the right to postpone the race due to weather condition.

1.4 The organizer will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited at the event baggage storage facility. The organizer also reserve the right to check any item or baggage deposited.

1.5 All participants who successfully complete the race in their chosen race category will be awarded a Finisher's Medal upon the presentation of their Race BIB to the respective officials.

1.6 The organizer will not be responsible for any loss and/ or injury happen from this event. However, we will provide necessary safety Marshall, medical personnel and first aid kit during the event.

1.7 All lucky draw winners must produce their number BIB to claim for lucky draw

Race

2.1 All participants are to ensure that they are physically fit to take part in this competition.

2.2 All participants must adhere strictly to the stated reporting time. Participants that arrive after the scheduled start time will not be allowed to participate.

2.3 Runner will be allowed to starts in multiple waves. Timing chip will be used in this race. No timing chip for Fun Run.

2.4 Should any participant feel unwell in the course of race, he/she should stop and seek immediate medical attention at designated medical posts.

2.5 It is mandatory that all participants wear their race bib once the race has started. Race BIB must be worn in front of the runners T-shirt.

2.6 Participants must run on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

2.7 Participants deemed not to have completed the run need to contact our Marshall/Crew during the event. We will register the number of unfinished runners.

2.8 The runner with the lowest time to complete entire running trail will be declared the winner.

2.9 All protests must be made to the organizers within half an hour after the announcement of the official results. The protest must be made in writing and submitted with a deposit of RM 100.00. The money will be forfeited if the protest is found to be frivolous by the Panel of Jury. The decision of the Panel of Jury will be final.

2.10 All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. All participants must also observe traffic regulations. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to or loss of such person's property.

2.11 The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of sponsor's goods and services.
