ABOUT THE RUN -
World Hemophilia Day 2015 is an event held in
conjunction with the World Hemophilia Day by the first year students of
the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT) from
the University of Malaya. It comprises of a series of activities
organised as a social engagement initiative to help people with
hemophilia.
This year, we are pleased to invite the National Blood Bank (Pusat Darah Negara) to have a two-day blood donation drive here in FCSIT, UM. We also introduce a ‘jogathon’, where participants will jog throughout the vast and serene area of University of Malaya to spread awareness and encourage people to know more about this disease. Both activities are open to all, we invite members of the public and of the UM community to join us.
