How to Register

  1. MANUAL REGISTRATION - Entry forms can be downloaded here or obtained from SAAA, Stadium MPPJ, Jalan Stadium, SS7, Kelana Jaya, Selangor. The entry forms must be submitted to SAAA along with the appropriate payment or by online registration before the closing date.
  2. The closing date to submit the entries for both walk-in and online registration is 4 April 2015.
  3. ONLINE REGISTRATION - http://www.myraceonline.com/. Please ensure that online registration is followed with online payment together with an additional convenience fees of RM 2.50 for online registration, otherwise your entry will be invalid.
  4. Upon completion of your online registration, please print out the confirmation slip. This confirmation slip will be required when you collect your t-shirts and number tags.
  5. If you face any difficulties during the online registration, please e-mail info@myraceonline.com explaining your problems and include your name and IC. Your complaints will be attended to.
  6. Incomplete and late entries will be rejected.
  7. Proof of postage is no proof of delivery.
  8. Participants number tags and t-shirts will be distributed on 17 and 18 April 2015 at Foyer, Experimental Theatre (next to Dewan Tunku Canselor (DTC)), Universiti Malaya from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Competitor numbers and t-shirts will not be distributed on the day of the run.
  9. Please note that request for postal delivery of number tags and t-shirts will not be entertained.

ABOUT THE RUN
  1. The International Earth Day Run 2015 will be conducted on Sunday, 19 April 2015 at Dataran Dewan Tunku Canselor (DTC), University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
  2. The Run shall be conducted under the rules of the Selangor Amateur Athletics Association (SAAA) as well as a set of competition rules.
  3. Categories C to H are open for participation to Malaysian citizens.
  4. Categories A and B are open for participation to foreign runners. However, categories E and F are open to foreign students enrolled in Malaysian secondary schools. A copy of their passport, visa or other valid travel documents must be attached with the entry forms. Entry forms of foreign students must be stamped & signed by their respective school heads to confirm their student status.
  5. The age of participants shall be calculated as at 31 December 2015. Participants below 18 years of age require consent of parents/ guardians on the official entry forms.
  6. Age Verification. All prize money/ medal winners must produce their identity card/ birth certificate/ passport or other documents for their age verification to the presiding technical officials upon request.
  7. There will be no refund of entry fees, if the event is cancelled for reasons of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents beyond the control of the organizers which renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the event.
  8. Payment for walk-in registration can be made at the Selangor Amateur Athletics Association (SAAA) office by cash/ money order/ postal order and must be made payable to ASIA WE (M) SDN BHD. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
  9. There will be no refund for wrongful or multiple entries. Substitutions or changing of categories is NOT allowed. Please ensure that you select the category you are eligible to participate in accordance with your age qualification.
  10. Prizes in the form of cash money, medals, and hampers will be presented depending on the categories. Please refer to the prize list below.
  11. Medals will be given to the first 30 winners of each category. Certificates of participation will be presented to all those who complete the run at the finish line.
  12. All participants must wear the t-shirts provided by the organizers during the run as well as during the prize giving ceremony at the podium. Prizes from the 1st to 5th placing will be presented at the podium.
  13. If a participant who has registered chooses to withdraw for any reasons, he/ she will not be refunded with the entry fees.
  14. The technical advisor for the Run is Mr. Mohan, Hon. Secretary of SAAA.
  15. The Run will start and end at Dataran DTC.
  16. Only one piece of runner bib will be given to each participant, to be pinned on their chest.
