RUNNERS' SAFETY: The organiser shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participants or for damages to or loss of such person's property.

END OF COMPETITION: The run is officially over 2 hours 30 minutes after the start time.

In addition, trophies are awarded to the top 10 finishers in the 12km and 9km categories. A finisher's medal will be awarded to all 12km and 9km finishers within the qualifying time specified.

WINNERS AGE VERIFICATION: The age of all prize winners in each category will be verified. Please produce your identity card or other valid documents within 15 minutes of finishing your run at the Race Secretariat. Winners unable to provide documents required for verification will not receive their prizes.

Do not measure your own chest as the basis, do allow 2 inches space;

CERTIFICATES: Participants who have completed the 12KM & 9KM race will be able to download their personalised certificate (with runners' time, position in his/her category, position in his/her gender and position in overall race) from www.myraceonline.com, once official results have been posted.

Participants in the 5KM race will receive their certificate at the finish line.

BREAKFAST: A light breakfast will be served to all participants from 7.45am to 10.00am.

TIMING CHIP: A timing chip, CHRONOTRACK B-TAG embedded on the bib will be issued upon the collection of your race entry pack.
19)
DRINK STATIONS: There will be 3 drink stations on the 12km run route, 2 drink stations on the 9km run route and 1 station on the 5km run route.

Required documentation for collection:
i) Confirmation Slips
ii) Present their IC for verification during collection
iii) List of the participants & IC no and the person collecting on behalf. (for bulk/group collections)

For Bulk / Group collections of 8 runners and above, group leaders will need to email wanyewleong@gmail.com the list of runners using form provided, latest by Friday, 19th December 2014.

**Please note that race kit will not be issued on the event day.

TOILET FACILITIES: Toilet facilities are available at the Padang Merbuk Car-park from 5.30am.
Portable toilets will be located at the drink stations and at 2km apart.
