●Open to all local and international participants .
●Participants who are below 18 years old as at 31st December 2015 are required to have parent or guardian's approval (compulsory).
●Age qualification will be taken as of 31 December 2015.

●For each of the participant who joins the charity run, Jabatan Bomba Dan Penyelamat, Zon 6 Miri will donate to NGO (Miri Autistic Assocciation and Miri Diabetes Assocciation)

RACE KIT COLLECTION
●Collection of running singlet /bibs and other entitlements shall be held on (12-13) June 2015, from 8:00am to 6:00pm at Dewan Permai, Balai Bomba Lopeng, Jalan Miri By Pass.
●There will be NO collection held on the event day itself.
●Only registered runners are allowed to join in the race.
●An automatic disqualification if you transferring your bib to other runner
● Race Bib must be visible front\

Starting Point
●The starting point will be at shophouse, Marina Park.
●All runners must be gathered at the starting line at 6.00am, flag-off will be 6.30am sharp.

Time Limit
●The time limit for 8 km is 2 hours while the fun run and kids run is 1 hour.
●The event officially closes at 10:00am on 14 June 2015.

 BAG DROP
●Bag-drop area open at 5am.
●Please keep your personal belonging as minimum as possible and do not leave your valuable items because you are now depositing your luggage AT YOUR OWN RISK.
●Please make sure you collect your bag before the area closes at 9:30am.
●Remember that all uncollected baggage will be donated to charity.

ROAD SAFETY
●Road closure begins around 5.30am
●Please make sure to follow all instructions that given by Traffic Police and Road Marshals
●The extreme left lane will be dedicated just for runners but please be alert on the vehicles passing by.
●You won’t be left alone because road marshals on motorbike will follow every person including the last person.
●Police also will keep on patrolling the race route.

CHECK POINT/DISTANCE MARKERS/ARROWS
●You must collect all the tagline/ribbon or you will be disqualified.
●Distance markers will be placed every kilometer and please make sure to follow the correct arrows.


DRINKING STATIONS
●Drinking water is available at the finishing area.
●Please try your best to throw the paper cup into the rubbish container or you can bring it with you to the finish line.

MEDICAL
●Please do not start the race if you are not feeling well or sick.
●All injured runners will be brought to the sick bay and must retire from the race if ordered by the medical personnel to do so.
●An ambulance will be rotating along the route and standby ambulance also will wait for you at the race venue if you feeling unwell.
● Please inform any runners/marshals/volunteers if you feel unwell and really need medical attention.

 FINISHER MEDAL
Finisher medals will be awarded to all runners who complete the race. Do your best to arrive at the finish line and collect the medal.
